Using incense isn’t a way to increase your wellness skill, but since it did come with The Sims 4: Spa Day I feel like it’s worth mentioning. Lighting incense in the game can give your sim a moodlet that can change their mood! On topic of incense, I feel the wording 'Incense should automatically kick in if your Sim is nearby' could lead to misunderstanding that the incense burns automatically if the sims is near. I propose to change it into 'Incense emotional aura should automatically kick in if your sims is nearby'.
